About The Jewish Wedding Toastmaster and Jewish Wedding Coordinator

Thank you Ladies and Gentleman for viewing my about me section. 
I am a young, passionate and very modern Toastmaster, Coordinator, and Master of Ceremonies for Jewish Weddings and Events.

I have been in the profession for many years, every wedding is officiated very differently from the next, it is all about the clients desires. It is your day, and only about you.  I always promise to make your day memorable and the most special it could ever be.
 
With many years of experience, I am aware of all rituals and customs, and I hope this will help you feel assured, that you are in very capable Hands, should you book my services as Jewish Simcha Toastmaster.
 
I enjoy challenges infact I thrive on these, and no wedding is too big or to small for me to officiate at.
 
I am very flexible in the way I work, and love going the extra mile and working outside of The box, in order that my clients, will have a smile On their face from beginning to end, and for a lifetime.

                             Here are just some of my tasks below I perform  as, Toastmaster, Coordinator, Event Manager, Master Ceremonies 
                                                                                 and Host for Jewish Weddings and Simchas.

  • Make The occasion The most memorable it could possibly be for you. I want to ensure you have The best day of your lives.   
  • The Jewish Wedding Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies will co-ordinate the whole day and evening for you, according to your style. 
  • I will be your personal Jewish Wedding Consultant or Simcha Consultant and I will bring direction to your big day.  
  • Taking all The Stress away from The bride and groom and family, this will ensure they can relax and leave everything in my hands.      
  • Bring Lots of Energy and Creativity and Passion to The day and evening. 
  • I liase with all fellow wedding professionals, before and on the day.
  • Several meetings with The bride and groom and fellow wedding professionals, depending on package that has been booked.
  • Making sure all fellow wedding professionals on The day are set up on time, to ensure The day will run smoothly. 
  • I will draw up itinereries that go backwards and forwards, between the bride and groom and the caterers, to ensure the day is catered to your style.
  • I will be present at both the Synagogue/ Ceremony to assist with Buttonholes, tie cravats and ushering in.   
  • Ensuring The Room where The Tish is taking place will be ready.  
  • Make sure The Chuppah is ready, and everything is in place.
  • Ushering guests as appropriate
  • Ensure The Procession is ready so as to ensure on The Rabbi's instructions, I can bring in The bride and groom to The Chuppah.   
  • Toastmaster welcome speech at The Chuppah and Welcoming of Rabbi. 
  • Thanking The Rabbi for his excellent work
  • Welcoming guests to the drinks reception.
  • Ensure Wash Stations are available.
  • Ensuring The Mechitza is up and ready if this is The clients wishes.
  • Assisting the photographer with photos to ensure, they are all taken, according to the bride and grooms needs.
  • Ensuring The guest book is signed and collection of presents from guests.
  • Preparing the receiving line, to announce all guests to bridal party.
  • Grand entrance into dinner, for parents and bride and groom, making it special
  • Ensuring everyone is seated correctly according to The bride and grooms wishes.   
  • Ensuring all special dining requests are catered for 
  • Glass Tapping -  Every time The guests tap The glasses The bride and groom have a kiss.
  • Ensuring The Band or DJ is ready is there maybe dancing at The beginning and The Hora of Course!
  • Announce who will be doing The Welcome speech   
  • Announcing who will be doing Grace Before meals
  • Presentations and announcements of Birthdays, Anniverseries, and Newly Wed to Oldest Wed.

  • Grand entrances to dance floor for bride and groom, and then second dance with father.
  • Helping The Videographer Conduct Inteviews during The day and evening.
  • Joining in on The Dance Floor and dancing amongst everyone     
  • Announcing Last Circles and Last Dances for The Bride and Groom
  • Final Words from Toastmaster
  • Final Words From Bride and Groom.
